Missouri Extension Leadership Development (MELD)
This intensive leadership development program seeks to develop the future leaders of MU Extension and Engagement. Participants will attend three sessions throughout the coming year to grow their leadership capacity and build a robust statewide network of Extension colleagues. Exempt employees are eligible to apply. Two years of experience with MU Extension and Engagement is preferred.
National Extension Leadership Development (NELD)
Cohort of Extension professionals from land-grant institutions in the North Central region of the Unites States. The cohort meets three times per year in locations around the US.
