It includes 16 hours of interactive virtual workshops, the CliftonStrengths 34 assessment & report, and a live cohort check-in after the series ends.

Join the same group of supervisors each week as you journey through the following sessions:

January 10: Understanding Yourself

This dynamic workshop provides supervisors insight into their individual strengths and talents to assist them in effectively balancing their roles and responsibilities. Through this expanded knowledge, supervisors will be able to build trust while providing the appropriate guidance and support to their team.

Note: Participants are required to take Gallup’s CliftonStrengths 34 assessment prior to this session and bring their report with them to Day 1.

January 11: Building Relationships

In this interactive workshop supervisors will establish the foundation for developing strong, effective relationships in order to enhance their supervisory credibility and build a productive workplace.
